Secret Santa organiser
A Secret Santa organiser with a private online draw
Create the exchange, set the budget and share the join link. Every participant signs in, joins and receives their own draw result after the organiser runs the draw.
How does the Secret Santa organiser work?
Everyone adds their wishlist
Each signed-in participant can prepare a wishlist with links from supported public product pages before the draw.
Draw names privately
Share the exchange link. Every participant signs in and joins before the organiser runs the draw. Quokit prevents participants from drawing themselves.
Set a budget and stick to it
Set one budget for the exchange so participants know the expected spend before they choose a gift.
Show what is being handled
Claims help shoppers see when an item is already being handled. Anonymous claim visibility depends on the recipient's list settings and plan.
What should organisers and participants know?
How many people can join a Secret Santa?
Quokit supports group exchanges, but we do not publish an unlimited participant claim. Every participant must sign in and join before the organiser runs the draw.
Is it free?
The Free plan includes one Secret Santa exchange. Premium removes the exchange limit.
Do participants need to create an account?
Anyone can view a shared wishlist link without an account. To join the draw and see who you are buying for, each participant signs in with a free account. The organiser also needs a free account to create the group and run the draw.
Can it stay secret who's buying what?
Draw results are private to each signed-in participant. Wishlist claim visibility is a separate setting. Premium list owners can enable anonymous claims.
Can I call it Kris Kringle instead?
Yes. Secret Santa and Kris Kringle describe the same exchange pattern here: participants join, the organiser runs a private draw and each person receives one recipient.
