These placeholder terms explain the expected rules for using Quokit during the Phase 0 beta. They will be replaced by fuller legal terms before broader public launch.

Beta status
Quokit is currently a Phase 0 beta. Features may change, access may be limited, and availability is not guaranteed while the product is being tested.
Invite-only access
Using Quokit requires an invited email address during the beta. A waitlist signup does not create an account or guarantee access until an invite is issued.
Acceptable use
Use Quokit for lawful personal wishlist and gift-coordination purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, upload harmful content, or use saved links in a way that infringes another party's rights.
Privacy
Quokit's Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected during the beta and how it is handled.
