Quokit's refund and cancellation policy

1. How subscriptions work
Quokit Premium subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe unless cancelled. Current pricing is shown in the app before any charge is made.
You can cancel at any time through account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal at https://www.quokit.com.au/settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal charge. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
2. No mid-term refunds
Quokit does not refund partial billing periods. If you cancel, you keep access until the period ends and are not charged again.
This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
3. Free trial
Quokit offers a free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged during the free trial. Cancelling before the trial ends incurs no charge.
4. Exceptions
Quokit may issue a refund at its discretion — for example, if there was a billing error or the service was materially unavailable for an extended period. Contact hello@quokit.com.au and we will assess the situation.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
