Use separate lists when the recipient, occasion or sharing group is different. Avoid creating another list when a clearer name or item note would solve the problem.
How do you create a list?
Open Lists, choose the create-list action, enter a clear name and save. The Free plan allows up to 3 active lists. Premium removes the active-list limit.
How should you name lists?
Use the recipient and occasion, such as “Mia birthday” or “Family Christmas 2026”. A clear name helps when the same account manages several people or events.
How do you update a list?
Open the list settings to change supported fields such as its name, occasion information or sharing options. Changes to a shared list appear through the same active share link.
How do you organise items?
Keep exact product links and add useful variant notes where editing is available. Remove items you bought yourself or no longer want. The Free plan supports 25 saved items in total, not 25 items per list.
What happens when you remove a list?
Use the list action shown in the current interface and read the confirmation text before continuing. Revoke any active share link when the list should no longer be accessible.
If you only want to stop sharing, revoke the link rather than removing the whole list.
