Use the smallest fix that matches the problem. Clearing all browser data can sign you out of unrelated websites and should not be the first step.
Use Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android. On desktop, use a supported Chrome or Edge version. Confirm Quokit is not already installed, reload while online and reopen the browser menu.
In-app browsers, private browsing and managed-device policies can hide or block installation.
Close the app window completely and reopen it while online. If the problem remains, reload from inside the app or open Quokit in the browser to confirm the current server content.
Web sessions can expire or local site data may have been cleared. Sign in again with the invited Quokit account. Installing the app does not create or preserve a separate permanent session.
Check the device connection, then reload. The current web app does not cache private lists for offline use. If you are back online but still see the fallback page, close and reopen the app.
Use browser or operating-system controls to clear data for Quokit's site only after reload, sign-in and reinstall checks fail. Do not clear all Chrome or Safari data unless you understand the wider effect.
Send the device model, operating-system version, browser version, whether Quokit was installed, and the exact error text to hello@quokit.com.au. Do not send passwords or one-time codes.
