Start with the symptom below. Do not reinstall or clear browser data before checking the smaller fixes.
Why is the Quokit icon missing?
Open Chrome's Extensions menu and pin Quokit. If it is not listed, open chrome://extensions and confirm the extension is installed and enabled.
Why is Save to Quokit missing from right-click?
Reload the product page after enabling the extension. If the menu is still missing, disable and re-enable Quokit from chrome://extensions, then reload once more.
Why does the popup ask you to sign in?
The extension session may have expired. Use Sign in to Quokit, complete the browser sign-in flow and reopen the popup. Signing into the website in another browser profile does not sign in this extension profile.
Why are no lists available?
Confirm that the signed-in account has at least one active list in the web app. Reopen the popup after creating the list. Network or API errors can also prevent the selector from loading.
Why does a save fail or time out?
Check the internet connection and confirm the URL is an http or https public product page. Try the exact product page instead of a category, PDF or account page. The extension stops requests that take too long rather than leaving the popup loading forever.
When should you reinstall?
Reinstall only after the extension remains disabled, its files are corrupted or the checks above do not restore the popup. See Uninstalling or reinstalling.
If the problem continues, contact hello@quokit.com.au with the Chrome version, extension version, page URL and exact error message. Do not send retailer passwords or private account links.
