On this page

The extension popup is the confirmation step between a browser page and your Quokit list. It does not save silently.

How do you open the popup?

Select the pinned Quokit icon in Chrome. If the icon is hidden, open Chrome's Extensions menu and select Quokit.

The popup reads the active tab and displays the URL it plans to save.

How do you save the page?

  1. Confirm that you are signed in.
  2. Check the displayed URL.
  3. Choose the destination list.
  4. Select Save to Quokit.
  5. Wait for the success or error message before closing the popup.

Why are no lists shown?

The extension session may have expired, the account may not have an active list, or the request may have failed. Sign in again, confirm that at least one list exists in the web app and reopen the popup.

Can you use the popup on any tab?

The popup can open on many web pages, but saving works best on supported public product pages. Chrome internal pages, PDFs, sign-in-only pages and protected sites may not provide a usable product URL or metadata.

What does the theme control do?

The popup supports light and dark appearance. That preference belongs to the extension interface and should not be treated as an account-wide theme setting.
