Open Settings while signed in to manage your Quokit profile, preferences, subscription and account controls.
Open the profile section, edit your display name and save. Your sign-in email identifies the account and may not be editable from this screen.
Use the available reminder and email controls in Settings. Adding an occasion records the date, but automated reminders depend on your notification settings and plan.
No. Dark or light theme preference is stored for the browser or device where you set it. Choose the theme again on another device if needed.
Use the account export action in Settings. Quokit prepares a private download link for your account data. The signed link expires after 24 hours, so download the file promptly and store it securely.
Account deletion is not immediately irreversible. Quokit signs you out and schedules permanent deletion for 30 days later. The deletion email includes an undo link you can use during that window.
After 30 days, the scheduled cleanup permanently removes the account data covered by the deletion process. Contact support before the deadline if the undo link fails.
